Refund policy
We honor a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused and in the original packaging. You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at returns@by-ritchie.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send the package. A return shipping label will not be provided by us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will be denied.
Inspect Upon Delivery
We recommend immediately inspecting your order upon delivery to ensure the product received is correct and undamaged. If there are any concerns with the product, please contact us at help@by-ritchie.com.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on custom products and sale items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email stating whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the funds.
